Highland has been a volunteer and technical supporter Special Olympics and Law Enforcement Torch Run supporter for almost 20 years. Highland has developed software applications enabling Special Olympics to manage the volunteers and Law Enforcement pledge drive and product sales all on-line, 24/7.
